【摘要】 中国大学发展的问题,主要是缺乏明确的核心理念。建构大学核心理念有利于大学提高办学理性认识,改善大学同质化现象,适应社会整合诉求,保障大学基业长青和思想独立。大学核心理念体现了大学活动的基础性法则与深层信念,每所大学都应形成自己对教育的独特理解,把握核心文化、核心价值、核心目标、大学使命与共同愿景等五个维度,创建各具特色的大学核心理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic problem in the development of Chinese university is lack of clear core idea.Constructing university core idea is beneficial to improving the rational knowledge and the homogenization of university,to adapting to the social integration,and to supporting the everlasting development university.University core idea embodies the fundamental laws and deep faith of university activities.Each university should create a characteristic core idea from their own unique understanding of education,and from these five dimensions as the core culture,the core value,the core objective,the university missions and the common visions.更多还原
