【摘要】 现代大学管理制度取向是在制度的制定与实施过程中,基于对大学组织特性及其人性的理性认识基础上的一种倾向性和价值选择。大学组织的"学术自由性和学术受控性对立统一"的双重属性决定着大学管理制度的应然取向在于学术取向与政治、经济取向的对立统一。当前,要改变中国大学管理制度取向的倾向性及其弊端,必须在重新定位和认可大学组织的双重性品格基础上,彰显学术取向而淡化政治、经济取向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The orientation of modern university management system is a kind of tendency and value option in view of the characteristics of rational knowledgement and human nature in the course of formulating and implementing the institutions.The dual attributes of"unity of opposites in academic freedom and academic controllability"have determined the normative orientation of university management system which should be consisted in the unity of opposites in academic orientation with the orientations of politics and economics.At present,to change the tendency and the shortcomings of the orientation of university management system in China,we should demonstrate academic orientation while weakening the orientations of politics and economics on the basis of re-recognizing the dual characteristics of the organization of university.更多还原
