卓越工程师培养探究专业课程体系模式

【摘要】 从工科学生专业课的学习方法、实践技能等人才培养方面入手,在新教学大纲要求、教学内容安排、教学环境设置、教学方法处理、实践教学环节衔接、毕业设计、产学研结合等方面进行了探讨,实践表明充分利用现代化教学手段,可以有效地提高学生知识更新和自主学习的能力;采用多种教与学的互动,可以大大提升学生的创新能力;优化教学方法和教学手段,可以确保学生工程能力的培养、训练和提高;构建多种多样的实践教学,为卓越工程师培养提供重要条件。

【Abstract】 This article is carried out from the angle of the studying method of the specialized subjects,skills of practice of the major and training personnel.Discussion is launched mainly about according with the new syllabus,the arrangement of teaching,teaching environment,teaching methods,analysis of practical teaching steps,diploma project,and the integration of production,teaching and research.Practice proves that making the best of modern teaching method can improve the abilities of updating knowledge and self-study effectively for students;adopting interactions between teaching and learning can promote the ability to innovate for students greatly;optimizing teaching methods and the teaching means can make sure fostering,training and improving the students ability of engineering;constructing various of practice of teaching is also significant for cultivating the excellent engineers.
