基于特征像分析的光学镜头MTF测试方法的研究

【摘要】 光学镜头的MTF(Modulation Transfer Function)是一个准确、客观并且定量的成像质量评价指标。采用基于特征像分析的MTF测试方法,重点对刀口法进行改进,提出自适应平均行数算法和微倾刀口法。通过MATLAB进行实验仿真,获得的值与IMATEST模拟仿真的值在空间频率较低时误差控制在5%以内。实验结果证明了MTF计算值的可靠性;该方法具有数据处理简单、成本低、操作简便等优点。

【Abstract】 MTF of optical lens is an accurate,objective and quantitative imaging quality evaluation index.MTF measurement method based on special object image analysing is adopted,in which the knife-edge method is elaborately improved,and the adaptive average rows processing and slant knife-edge method are proposed.Simulation experiment is conducted through MATLAB,the obtained values have the controlled error within 5% in lower spatial frequencies comparing with the theoretical value of IMATEST simulation.The experimental result verifies the reliabilities of the calculated MTF.This measurement has the merits of simple data processing,low cost and simple operation.
