【摘要】 当前,无锡市高等职业教育的发展现状与区域经济发展结构不相适应,高职院校的人才培养规模偏小,培养目标、办学模式趋同,专业设置重复。无锡市高职院校应以市场为导向拓展高等职业教育的发展空间,培养符合无锡市经济发展特色的高技能型人才,同时也应准确定位,科学设置与无锡市经济发展相适应的专业。此外,无锡市政府应引导高职院校主动服务地方经济转型和产业升级,建立国际化的职业教育培训中心,促进无锡市高等职业教育的战略发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,the development of higher vocational education in Wuxi is incompatible with the structure of regional economic development,the personnel training being smaller,the training objectives and school-running pattern being nearly similar,the specialties being set repeatedly.The vocational colleges in Wuxi should take market as a guide to expand the development of higher vocational education,cultivate highly-skilled personnel in line with the economic development of Wuxi,and also make an accurate orientation and reasonably set up the specialties adapting to the economic development in Wuxi.In addition,the Wuxi municipal government should guide the vocational colleges to take the initiative to serve the local economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,to build the internationalized vocational education and training center so as to promote the strategic development of vocational education in Wuxi.更多还原
