【摘要】 本文采用锡尔指数模型,探讨2003-2010年间我国中小学高学历教师和高级教师等优质教师资源的整体区域均衡性,且从区域和学段两方面进一步探讨均衡程度及动态演变过程。研究发现:优质教师资源的区域非均衡状况较为明显,但近年来已有所改善。职称水平的区域均衡性略优于学历水平。更多还原
