【摘要】 上海市的区级疾控中心承担着国家四级疾病预防控制体系中地、县两级的疾病预防控制工作。在面对经济快速发展、人们生活方式的改变、人口老龄化的加速、城镇化工业化进程的加快、大量外来人口的涌入等诸多问题时,应以夯实综合管理为基础,以积极拓展能力建设内涵为手段,积极提高本级疾控中心开展防病控病的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Grass-roots disease control centers undertake the area and county two-level disease control work within the framework of the national four-level disease preventing control system. With the rapid development of economy, the change of people’s life style, the acceleration of population’s aging and the urbanization and industrialization, a large number of immigrating population have moved into the city. The comprehensive management should be strengthened and actively improve the ability of disease prevention with the help of promoting working capacities.更多还原
