【摘要】 目的总结20例全胸腔镜下心脏手术的经验。方法对20例患者采用右侧胸壁打3个小孔(1-2 cm),股动脉静脉插管建立体外循环。电视胸腔镜下行房间隔缺损修补手术13例,室间隔缺损修补手术5例,二尖瓣置换1例,冠状动脉瘘1例。结果手术时间120-240 min,平均(181.3±38.95)min;体外循环时间45-145 min,平均(85.55±29.07)min;升主动脉阻闭时间14-85min,平均(38±15.69)min。术后辅助呼吸时间为3-14h,平均(5.38±1.52)h。术后患者恢复顺利。结论全胸腔镜下心脏手术创伤小,恢复快,安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of totally video assisted thoracoscopy cardiac surgeries inzopatients. Methods From April 2009 to August 2011,20 patients,including 13 cases of atrial septal defect,and 5 cases of ventricular septal defect,received video-assiated cardiac surgeries.Surgeries were performed through three lateral-right chest wall holes under thoracoscopy.An arterial catheter and venous catheters were placed in the femoral artery,femoral vein respectively to set up extracorporeal circulation.Results All patients survived after operations.The durations of extracorporeal circulation and crossclamped was 45-145(85.5 on average) min and 14-85(38 on average) min respectively.Postoperative course was uneventful. Conclusion Totally thoracoscopic cardiac surgery is technically feasible and safe because of its minimal in vasion and rapid recovery.更多还原
