无人水下航行器用双转子无刷直流电机的控制
Control of Double Inverse Rrotors Brushless DC Motor in Autonomous Underwater Vehicle
【摘要】 根据无人水下航行器的任务特点,研制出无位置传感器的双转子对转无刷直流电机推进动力装置。介绍了无刷直流电机利用专门设计的转换电路,直接检测电机绕组线电压获得功率管驱动信号的方法,研究了无位置传感器无刷直流电机的起动方法,通过样机实验验证了系统设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 As to the specific assignment autonomous underwater vehicle,its pushing momentum device which use sensorless double inverse rotors brushless DC motor is developed.The method which use a designed specially conversion circuit measuring the line voltage of motor’s winding directly to achieve the power tubes’ driving signal is introduced in this paper,the method of sensorless brushless DC motor’s startup is also studied.It is showed that the design is rational by prototype trial of a brushless DC motor.
