【摘要】 目的研究愈风宁心滴丸(YND,主要成分为葛根)及发酵虫草菌粉对实验性肝纤维化大鼠的治疗作用及可能的作用机制。方法将50只雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组和愈风宁心滴丸组及虫草组,采用40%四氯化碳(CCl4)每周2次皮下注射6周制作肝纤维化模型,各组经灌胃给药6周后,观察愈风宁心滴丸及发酵虫草菌粉对大鼠血清肝功能、肝纤维化指标及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的影响。结果与模型组比较两治疗组肝纤维化程度明显减轻,愈风宁心滴丸能非常显著改善肝纤维化4项和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和白蛋白(ALB)(P<0.01或0.05),但丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和TIMP-1降低不明显(P>0.05);虫草组ALT、AST、ALB和肝纤维化4项及TIMP-1都有非常显著的改善(P<0.01)。结论愈风宁心滴丸和发酵虫草菌粉对肝纤维化大鼠具有一定的治疗作用,但两者的抗肝纤维化作用机制可能有所不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Yufengningxin dropping pills(radix puerariae) and fermented cordyceps powder on hepatic fibrosis in rats,and to investigate the possible mechanism for their effects.Methods Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,radix puerariae group and cordyceps powder group.Hepatic fibrosis was induced by subcutaneous injection of 40% carbon tetrachloride twice a week for 6 weeks.The effects of Yufengningxin dropping pills and fermented cordyceps powder on liver function,liver fibrosis and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) were evaluated after intragastric administration of Yufengningxin dropping pills and fermented cordyceps powder for 6 weeks.Results Yufengningxin dropping pills and fermented cordyceps powder significantly decreased the degree of liver fibrosis in rats with hepatic fibrosis.Compared with model group,Yufengningxin dropping pills obviously improved the levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),procollagen type Ⅲ(PC-Ⅲ),type IV collagen(IV-C) and laminin(LAM),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and albumin(ALB)(P<0.05 or 0.01),but did not changed the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and TIMP-1(P>0.05).However,fermented cordyceps powder significantly improved the levels of HA,PC-Ⅲ,IV-C,LAM,ALT,AST,ALB and TIMP-1 compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yufengningxin dropping pills and fermented cordyceps powder can treat hepatic fibrosis through different mechanisms in rats.更多还原
