龙门式多轴联动机床的几何误差建模
Geometric error modeling for gantry multi-axis machine tool
【摘要】 设计一台集加工、检测于一体的小型龙门式多轴联动加工系统,以实现小型或微小型零件的铣、钻、磨削加工。机床除了从结构上提高精度外,也采取了误差补偿的措施,通过对机床进行几何误差建模,得到几何误差模型,以便进行补偿,提高精度。
【Abstract】 A small gantry multi axis machining system integrated with machining and inspection is designed to carry out milling,drilling and grinding of small and/or micro parts.Besides the structure accuracy of the machine was improved,the measure as error compensation was also taken.The machine can complete milling,drilling,grinding.By geometric errors modeling of the machine tools,the geometric error model has been obtained so as to carry out compensation and improve the accuracy.
