异质材料零件的集成设计与制造研究
Integrated design and manufacturing research for heterogeneous objects
【摘要】 异质材料零件的CAD与CAM研究的相互孤立使其难以形成有效的设计与制造体系。文中提出并研究了一种基于STL数据格式的异质材料零件设计与制造一体化方法。以异质材料零件的逐层分解、网格细化及均匀化为基础,逐步对微四面体空间单元网格节点、表面及其内部进行结构与材料的并行设计,之后对异质材料零件CAD模型进行切片分层,获得含有结构信息和色彩信息的系列彩色切片数据,并采用基于数字化微滴喷射技术的快速成型工艺较为系统地实现了异质材料零件的原型设计与制造。
【Abstract】 Computer-Aided Design(CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing(CAM) of Heterogeneous Objects(HEO) are generally regarded as separate domains of interest.Such a separation of HEO design and fabrication makes it cumbersome and tedious to develop a valid design and manufacturing system.An integrated method for design and fabrication of heterogeneous objects based on STL data format was proposed and studied.With heterogeneous object decomposed hierarchically,mesh refined and homogenization,the concurrent design of structure and material for grid node,surface and inner material distribution of micro-tetrahedral cell is carried out step by step.HEO model are then sliced into a series of color slices,and built layer by layer through rapid prototyping process with digital micro-droplets dispensing technology.Results show that the proposed approach can meet the primary requirements of HEO design and fabrication in a systematic way.
