【摘要】 研究表明,组培苗驯化栽培基质种类及混合比例、基质消毒与否及消毒剂使用、湿度条件等因素对组培苗驯化栽培效果的影响均比较明显,采用草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶2∶1的栽培基质,并使用400倍多菌灵消毒处理,配合驯化移栽后的10～14 d用塑料膜搭拱棚覆盖保湿,移栽后保持相对湿度80%～90%的条件下,章姬草莓组培苗的驯化效果良好,移栽成活率达100%,且幼苗生长发育状况良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transplanting domestication of Zhangji strawberry tissue culture seedlings was effected obviously by lots of factors,including culture substrate types,mixing ratios,substrate disinfection or not,disinfectant use,and humidity conditions.The tissue culture seedlings grew and developed well in the following conditions: using optimal culture substrate(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite = 2∶2∶1),treating with 400-times Carbendazim for disinfection,covering with plastic film shed for keeping moisture during 10~14 days after transplanting domestication,and keeping 80%~90% relative humidity after transplanting.The survival rate of the transplanted seedlings was 100% in these conditions.更多还原
