【Abstract】 This article roundly reviewed the research progresses in the biological activity of tea pigments in recent ten years,such as the researches on the anti-cancer,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,reducing blood-lipid,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of tea pigments,and put forward the research focus of this field in the future.更多还原
