【摘要】 为发掘和利用野生车前草抗穗枯病种质资源,本文采用车前草穗枯病菌(Diaporthe angelicae)强致病力菌株进行挑战接种,对从江西7县多点采集的175份野生车前草种质进行抗病性鉴定,结果表明有2、5、71和97份种质分别表现为高抗、抗病、感病和高感,可见野生车前草种质普遍对穗枯病不抗病。2份高抗穗枯病野生车前草种质的成功筛选为车前草抗穗枯病品种的传统和分子育种奠定了良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of exploring and using head blight-resistant germplasm resources of wild plantain,this study evaluated the resistance of 175 accessions of wild plantain germplasm resources to the disease by inoculating the highest pathogenicity strain of Diaporthe angelicae.The results showed that 2,5,71 and 97 accessions of them were highly resistant,resistant,susceptible and highly susceptible,respectively,which revealed that most of wild plantain germplasm resources had no resistance to the pathogen.Successfully screening of the two highly resistant germplasms has laid a foundation for breeding plantain varieties resistant to head blight conventionally and molecularly.更多还原
