航空发动机轴承腔油气两相流型的一个判断准则
A Criterion of the Oil/Gas Two-phase Flow Pattern in Aeroengine Bearing Chamber
【摘要】 基于流型进行航空发动机轴承腔油气两相润滑分析是一个有潜力的研究途径,通过构建轴承腔油气两相流型与结构工况的关系,形成轴承腔油气两相流型的判断准则是其中重要的基础工作。借助描述轴承腔油气两相流的流型判别参数,构建轴承腔油气两相流型与结构工况的关联关系,提出轴承腔油气两相流型的判断准则,相关的轴承腔油气两相流试验现象支持了这一准则。研究工作实现了根据轴承腔结构工况条件预估轴承腔油气两相流型的途径,有助于基于流型分类进行轴承腔润滑分析和换热设计。
【Abstract】 It is a potential method of reseach on two-phase oil/gas flow lubrication in aeroengine bearing chamber based on flow pattern classification,in which the identification to oil/gas two-phase flow pattern in bearing chamber is an important work.Based on the relationships between the two-phase oil/gas flow pattern and the match of geometry and operating condition in bearing chamber relying on nondimensional parameters and mean splashing parameter,a new method was proposed to identify flow pattern of oil/gas two-phase flow.The results of two-phase oil/gas flow pattern identification by the present method agreed well with the former experimental results.The present work realized evaluation of two-phase flow pattern according to the geometry and operating condition in bearing chamber,and it is conducive to analyzing two-phase oil/gas flow lubrication and designing heat transfer.
