N,N’-二(硝基苯并二氧化呋咱)草酰胺的合成及爆轰性能研究
Research on the Synthesis and Detonation Performance of N,N′-Bis(nitrobenzodifuroxan) Oxalic Amide
【摘要】 合成了化合物N,N’-二(硝基苯并二氧化呋咱)草酰胺并考察了其爆轰性能。3,3’,5,5’-四氯-2,2’,4,4’,6,6’-六硝基草酰苯胺(Ⅰ)在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,室温下与叠氮化钠水溶液反应,生成化合物3,3’,5,5’-四叠氮基-2,2’,4,4’,6,6’-六硝基草酰苯胺(Ⅱ),收率79.8%。化合物Ⅱ在丙酸中,110℃左右进行热解脱氮得到目标化合物N,N’-二(硝基苯并二氧化呋咱)草酰胺(Ⅲ),熔点220℃(分解),收率79.1%,并通过红外光谱、质谱及元素分析确定了目标化合物的结构。由密度瓶法测得化合物的密度为1.86 g/cm3,根据氮当量公式计算的理论爆速为8.529 km/s,爆压为33.31 GPa,根据氧平衡指数值计算的h50值为70.02 cm。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the synthesis and detonation performance of N,N′-bis(nitrobenzodifuroxan) oxalic amide was described in detail.3,3′,5,5′-Tetrachlo-2,2′,4,4′,6,6′-hexanitrooxanilide(Ⅰ) reacted with sodium azide in DMF-water to give 3,3′,5,5′-tetraazido-2,2′,4,4′,6,6′-hexanitrooxanilide(Ⅱ) at room temperature in 79.8% yield.N,N′-bis(nitrobenzodifuroxan) oxalic amide(Ⅲ) was obtained in 79.1% yield from Ⅱ in propionic acid through denitrogenation at 110 ℃.The decomposing point of Ⅲ is 220 ℃.The structures of N,N′-bis(nitrobenzodifuroxan) oxalic amide has been determined by means of IR,MS and elemental analysis.The target compound has a density of 1.86 g/cm3,a detonation velocity of 8.529 km/s,and a detonation pressure of 33.31 GPa.The impact sensitivity(h50) is 70.02 cm which is predicted by the oxygen balance index(OB100).
