【摘要】 详细总结了淬火机头尾架技术引进及改型设计制造的过程。根据功能要求,对于一些难以加工的零件,在不影响使用功能的前提下,采用了变通的加工工艺。对于一些难以达到的加工和装配要求,则改进了结构设计思路,以一种新型结构代替原有结构,保证了功能,降低了加工制造难度。对于密封件,根据不同的情况,分别选用国产件和进口件,既保证了密封,又控制了成本。同时对某些结构尺寸根据国标进行了修改,以方便加工制造。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper summarized the procedure on the technique import and design improvement.According to the functional requirements,for some parts which are difficulty to manufacture,the alternate processing methods were adopted.For some manufacture and assemble requirements which are difficulty to reach,the design schedule is changed with the satisfaction of function requirements.For the seal rings,civil products or foreign products were adopted according to situation.Some structure dimensions were revised according to civil standard.更多还原
