减速器设计方法的研究现状与发展趋势
Research Present Status and Future Trend of Gear Reducer Design Method
【摘要】 设计方法的改进与创新是缩小国内、外减速器性能差距的重要途径之一。从设计、建模、仿真等方面,综述了模块化设计、优化设计、外观设计、参数化建模、虚拟样机等方法在减速器设计中的应用及研究现状,分析了减速器设计方法的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Improvement and innovation of the design method is an important way to narrow the gap of domestic and foreign reducer in performance.Through the research present status and application of modular design,optimized design,product design,parametric modeling and virtual prototype in gear reducer design,the perspectives of the design method for gear reducer are analyzed.
