【摘要】 目的:探讨解聚素金属蛋白酶(ADAM-17)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测ADAM-17蛋白和EGFR在涎腺腺样囊性癌48例和正常涎腺20例中的表达,并分析其与临床病理因素的相关性。结果:涎腺腺样囊性癌和正常涎腺中ADAM-17的表达分别为35例(72.9%)和1例(5.0%);EGFR表达分别为36例(75.0%)和2例(10.0%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。ADAM-17和EGFR阳性表达与肿块的大小、TNM分期和患者生存状况呈正相关,ADAM-17和EGFR阳性表达具有一致性和正相关性。结论:ADAM-17和EGFR蛋白可能协同参与涎腺腺样囊性癌发生、发展,并可作为预后判断指标,也可望成为治疗新的靶点。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expressions of ADAM-17 and EGFR in human tissues of Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC),and the relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological features.Methods:48 cases of SACC tissues and 20 cases of normal tissues were collected from Department of Pathology,the expressions of ADAM-17 and EGFR were detected in all these tissues by ENVISION immunohistochemistry method,and the expressions of ADAM-17 and EGFR and clinical pathology were analyzed with χ2 test or exact probabilities method and spearman’s non-parametric analysis.Results: The expression levels of ADAM-17 and EGFR in HCC were 72.9%%(35/48) and 75.0%(36/48) respectively,while 5.00%(1/20) and 10.00%(2/20) in normal tissues,which showed that the expressions of ADAM-17 and EGFR in SACC were significantly higher than those in the normal salivary tissues.It also showed that ADAM-17 and EGFR score were correlated with tumor size,and that TNM staging and the survival index were in coincidence.Conclusions:The over-expressions of ADAM-17 and EGFR were closely related with SACC development.Combined detection of ADAM-17 and EGFR in SACC may be used to judge the prognosis of SACC,and ADAM-17 may be a target for the treatment of SACC in future.
