掺杂稀土离子对Z型六角铁氧体微结构和磁性能的影响
Influence of Rare Earth Doping Quantity on Microstructure and Magnetic Performance of Z-type Hexaferrites
【摘要】 用普通陶瓷工艺,制备了掺杂稀土离子的Co2Z型平面六角软磁铁氧体材料,研究了掺杂不同稀土离子对Co2Z型平面六角铁氧体材料的微结构和磁性能的影响.结果表明:掺杂稀土离子的Co2Z型铁氧体材料仍具有单相的Z型平面六角结构,在Sm3+,Nd3+,Gd3+三组稀土离子掺杂样品中,掺杂量x=0.025时,Sm3+离子掺杂样品磁性能最优,初始磁导率16,截止频率1.670GHz.
【Abstract】 Co2Z type planar soft magnetic hexaferrite materials doping of rare earth ions are made with common production process of cermet.The paper studies the influence of rare earth doping quantity on microstructure and magnetic performance of Co2Z type planar hexaferrite materials.The results indicate that rare earth doped Co2Z type ferrite material still keeps structure of single-phase Z type planar hexagonal,when doping quantity x=0.025,Sm3+ doped sample among three groups of samples doped with Sm3+,Nd3+ and Gd3+ respectively has the optimal magnetic performance,with initial permeability of 16 and cut-off frequency of 1.670 GHz.
