丙烯酸及衣康酸酯对纯丙乳液性能的影响
Effect of AA,MBI and DBI on the Properties of Acrylate Latexes
【摘要】 采用半连续预乳化的聚合方法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)作为可聚合乳化剂制备了纯丙乳液,研究了三种功能单体丙烯酸(AA)、衣康酸单丁酯(MBI)及衣康酸二丁酯(DBI)对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:相比使用其他功能单体,DBI作为功能单体时的乳液性质比较好,适宜的用量为单体总量的1.5%。
【Abstract】 The acrylate latex was prepared by semi-continuous pre-emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) as main monomers and ammonium sulfate allyloxy nonylphenoxy poly(ethyleneoxy)(10) ether(DNS-86) as polymerisable emulsifier.The effect of three kinds of functional monomers acrylic acid(AA),monobutyl itaconate(MBI) and di(n-butyl) itaconate(DBI) on the properties of latex were studied.The results showed that compared to other functional monomers,the properties of latex showed better when using DBI as functional monomer.The appropriate dosage was 1.5% of all the amount of monomers.
