【摘要】 [目的]研究拉玛泽分娩法应用于产前教育与产时对分娩的作用。[方法]将626例孕妇分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规教育及助产模式,观察组在产前进行拉玛泽分娩法教育与训练,产时应用拉玛泽分娩法助产模式。观察两组孕妇自然分娩认知情况、分娩方式、分娩疼痛程度、产程时间、产后2h出血量、临产时的焦虑、抑郁评分值的差别。[结果]观察组孕妇自然分娩知识认知优于对照组(P<0.01);自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.01);第一产程、第二产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);产后2h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.01);分娩疼痛较对照组明显减轻(P<0.01);临产时焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]产前及产时应用拉玛泽分娩法训练能帮助孕妇建立自然分娩的信心,学会分娩时应对产痛的技巧,缓解孕妇临产时的焦虑、抑郁情绪及减轻临产时的疼痛;产时能较好配合助产,缩短产程、减少产后出血,促进自然分娩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Lamaze childbirth applied in prenatal education and production for delivery.Methods:A total of 626 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group of 286 cases used routine education and midwifery model,the observation group patients received the prenatal education and training and midwifery model of Lamaze childbirth.Then to observe the differences of cognition,delivery style,labor pain,duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage volume in 2h,labor anxiety and depression score value between two groups.Results:The cognition of pregnant women to natural childbirth knowledge in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01);the natural birth rate is higher than that of control group(P<0.01);the first and the second stage of labor time was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the amount of bleeding in postpartum 2h was less than that of control group(P<0.01);childbirth pain significantly released than the control group(P<0.01);the labor anxiety and depression scores were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: prenatal and intrapartum application of Lamaze childbirth training can help the pregnant women to create a natural childbirth confidence,learn the skills to deal with the pain of childbirth,to ease the anxiety and depression mood of pregnant women in labor and relieve pain during labor in pregnant women,and make them fit midwifery better,shorten labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,so as to promote natural childbirth.更多还原
