【摘要】 [目的]总结阿米福汀配合培美曲塞联合顺铂(AP)方案治疗非鳞状细胞非小细胞肺癌病人的观察与护理。[方法]回顾性分析38例非鳞状细胞非小细胞肺癌病人行阿米福汀配合AP方案治疗的临床资料。[结果]38例病人均完成全程化疗,期间出现低血压反应3例,高血压反应1例,轻-中度胃肠道反应20例,骨髓抑制2例,轻度皮疹1例,经对症治疗后上述症状短期内均恢复正常。[结论]加强非鳞状细胞非小细胞肺癌病人行阿米福汀配合AP方案治疗的观察和护理,是化疗顺利完成的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the observation and nursing care of amifostine coordinated to pemetrexed plus cisplatin(AP) program for treatment of patients with non-squamous cell and non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The clinical data of a total of 38 cases of patients with non-squamous cell and non-small cell lung cancer undergoing was analyzed retrospectively amifostine coordinated to AP program for treatment.Results:All 38 patients completed the full chemotherapy,hypotension occurred in three cases during the chemotherapy,high blood pressure reaction occurred in 1 case,20 cases had light-moderate gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression occurred in two cases,one case had mild rash,and the above symptoms restored to normal after symptomatic treatment in the short term.Conclusion:To strengthen the observation and care of amifostine coordinated to AP program for treatment of patients with non-squamous cell and non-small cell lung cancer is the guarantee of the successful completion of chemotherapy.更多还原
