【摘要】 [目的]探讨对学生进行全国护士执业考试前辅导的必要性及需求。[方法]对2010年毕业的中专、大专、本科学生共971名进行问卷调查,分析各层次学生对执考辅导需求的总体情况。[结果]2检验分析显示,护生在复习应考中存在一定问题,对护生进行执业考前辅导是必要的。[结论]学校应有针对性的安排执业考试前的辅导,并加强学生辅导课的管理工作。制订切实可行的辅导计划,确保护生执业考试的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the essentiality and requirements of counseling for nursing students before national nurse licensing examination.Methods:A total of 971 secondary,tertiary and undergraduate students who graduated in 2010 were given a questionnaire survey,and then to analyze the overall requirement of students at all levels for counseling before nurse licensing examination.Results:The 2 test analysis showed it was necessary to give counseling before nurse licensing examination to nursing students,because there were some questions in nursing students preparing for examinations.Conclusion:The counseling before nurse licensing examination should be arranged targetedly and the management of student counseling section should be strengthened by schools,so as to make the practicable counseling programs and make sure the effectiveness of nurse licensing examination.更多还原
