基于本体的注塑模改模知识表达方法研究

【摘要】 改模是注塑模具生产的重要环节,改模知识存在描述不规范和表达层次不一致的问题,为了解决这一问题,引入基于本体表达知识的方法,分析了注塑模改模知识的特点,建立改模知识的表达模型,借鉴现有的本体构建方法,定义了本体概念、属性、关系、实例,对改模知识本体进行了形式化的描述,建立了多层次的改模本体表达模型,实现了改模知识的统一形式化表达。并通过一个基于批锋缺陷的改模问题验证了所建立改模知识本体的正确性与可行性。

【Abstract】 Mould-repair is an important task in the mould production,where the problems of the description have not been standardized and the expression levels are not in the same in the mould-repair knowledge.The knowledge representation based on the ontology is put forward to solve the problems.The features of the mould-repair knowledge are analyzed and the model of the knowledge expression is established.The concepts,attributes,relations and instants of the ontology are defined with the ontology design methodology,and the multi-layer mould-repair ontology model was established.The formal description and representation of the mould-repair knowledge were realized.At last the example about the defect of "flashing"was presented by the knowledge model to demonstrate the validity and the feasibility.
