基于灰色聚类评估的硬件产品设计缺陷分类研究

【摘要】 硬件产品是使用最为广泛的一类产品,其设计缺陷的表现形式多样,对产品安全和功能的影响方式和程度各不相同。从预防和控制设计缺陷的角度,给出了反映设计开发活动时序和功能任务关系的硬件产品设计开发过程的综合模型,以此为基础对硬件产品的设计缺陷进行了定性和定量分类研究,提出了一种基于灰色聚类评估的设计缺陷定量分类方法。该分类方法综合考虑了设计开发过程和缺陷的特征属性,利用灰色聚类评价和层析分析法实现了设计缺陷分类的定量化。最后以国内近两年来召回汽车的部分设计缺陷分类为例,验证了该分类方法的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Hardware product is the most widely used products whose various terms of design defect would influence its safety and function in different ways and to different extent.A comprehensive model of hardware product is provided which reflects the relationship between sequence and function from the perspective of prevention and control of design defect.On that basis,it has done qualitative and quantitative research and put forward a method for design defect quantitative classification based on gray clustering evaluation.The method gives full regard to characteristic attribute of design defect in the designing process and realized quantitative analysis of design defect classification on the basis of gray clustering evaluation and chromatography analysis.It ends with the examples of design defect classification of automobiles that were recalled and proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the classification method.
