矩阵简化法在铣削力模型求解中的应用
The Application of the Matrix Reduction Approach in Milling Force Modeling
【摘要】 针对多因素回归正交试验法求解过程繁琐,工程现场应用性差等缺点,提出了一种快速求解回归方程指、系数的方法-矩阵简化法。首先推导了数控铣削力的数学模型参数,并利用矩阵简化法对该模型的指数和系数的求解进行了简化,基于简化结果编制了快速求解该模型的软件系统,最后采用四因素、四水平回归正交试验法对某型号工程的钛合金结构件进行了铣削力试验,建立了航空钛合金材料BT20的数控铣削力模型。该模型的建立为进一步研究航空钛合金整体结构件的数控加工变形提供了可靠的边界条件。
【Abstract】 Building the mechanistic model was the most important work to study the machining deformation caused by milling forces.The milling force model was founded for the material of Ti Alloy BT20 used in aeronautics,and the mathematics model was deduced for the regression orthogonal test approach of four factors and four standards and the matrix reduction approach,and developed the integrated software of building the milling force model making for easier engineer’s using.The models can provide reliable boundary conditions for the machining deformations study of large integral structures text,and can be applied to study the quality of machining surface and control the part machining deformation.
