基于虚拟样机技术的微型客车白车身疲劳寿命分析
Fatigue Analysis of Minibus Body Based on Virtual Prototyping Technology
【摘要】 为缩短新车开发周期、节约样车制造费用,在计算机仿真环境下对某微型客车白车身进行了疲劳寿命预估。根据国家汽车可靠性行驶试验方法及相关法规,基于整车虚拟样机技术模拟了该车型在D级路面条件下的随机动载荷历程,通过对计算模型施加单位载荷得到白车身的结构应力场,并在此基础上结合材料曲线和疲劳损伤理论,找出较为薄弱的部件。所研究的内容为车辆的疲劳寿命预测提供了较为可靠的流程和方法,并进一步为车辆性能优化提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 To shorten the development lead-time of the new style vehicle,and reduce the manufacturing cost of its prototype,the fatigue life of one minibus body was predicted in computer simulation environment.According to the national automobile reliability running test methods and related regulations,the stochastic time-load histories of the bus were simulated based on virtual prototyping technology on a d-level pavement,and the stress field of BIW had been acquired through applying unite loads on the computation model.Based on material curves and fatigue damage theories the weak parts were found.The study provides a reliable process and method for predicting fatigue life of the whole vehicle,which provides reference for a further optimization of vehicle performance.
