精密级进模多步冲裁中端子件偏摆的研究

【摘要】 端子件级进模冲裁时发生的偏摆现象会严重影响制件质量。建立了级进模多步冲裁数值模型,针对冲裁过程中端子件水平和竖直两正交方向上的应力情况进行研究,得到相应的应力变化曲线。针对端子件翻转和偏移两种不同偏摆形式下内部材料的流动进行分析,同时考虑冲裁过程中的应力的变化,指出了其内部的材料流动规律。基于上述分析可得,端子件发生偏摆的主要原因是多步冲裁时在应力作用下材料内部发生流动情况,为进一步控制端子件偏摆提供了指导。

【Abstract】 The deflection of terminal occurred in multi-blanking of progressive die may impact the quality of workpieces severely.Therefore a numerical model of multi-blanking was built to carry out a study on the horizontal and vertical stress existing in the terminal,and the corresponding stress curve was obtained.Then analysis of the inner material flow in the terminal which deflected in two forms including turnover and migration was made to find out the law of inner material flow,the fact that the value of stress is not fixed was also considered.Based on the above analysis the following conclusions can be drawn that the main reason of deflection is inner material flow,which provide advice for further control deflection of terminal.
