弧面分度凸轮机构瞬态动力学分析

【摘要】 主要用于高速、高精度的步进进给、分度转位的弧面分度凸轮机构的动力学特性直接影响到其工作性能。首先通过联合使用Mathcad与Pro/E实现了该机构的参数化实体建模;然后在此实体模型基础上,根据瞬态动力学方程、接触强度理论以及有限元思想,建立了系统的瞬态动力学模型;最后再利用ANSYS-Workbench进行动力学分析,得出分度盘滚子与凸轮在不同时刻的表面接触应力、分度盘角位移、角速度、角加速度曲线,从而为弧面凸轮机构的设计、校核提供一种新思路。

【Abstract】 The working performance of globoidal indexing cam mechanism,which is mainly used for feeding by step,indexing translocation in high speed,high precision situations,is directly affected by its dynamics characteristics.In order to get the dynamics characteristics of the cam system:firstly the parametric solid modeling of globoidal indexing cam is realized by uniting Mathcad and PRO/E,and then transient dynamic model of the cam mechanism is set up based on transient dynamics equation,theory of contact strength and thought of finite element.At last the transient dynamic analysis is carried out with ANSYS-Workbench to obtain the transient dynamic response such as contact stress between the cam and the roller,angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the turret which will provide a new way for cam mechanism designing and checking.
