新型外转子雷达稳定平台的动态特性分析与优化

【摘要】 光电雷达稳定平台可以隔离船摇,使负载雷达保持惯性空间稳定,是使用雷达时的重要部件。运用Pro-E软件对新型基于外转子的光电雷达稳定平台进行了三维实体建模,进行合理简化后,进入Ansys软件建立有限元模型。应用有限元理论和Ansys软件对该平台进行了模态分析,得到稳定平台前8阶模态的固有频率和振型。其中对比了不同网格,不同材料产生的不同模态,对同类分析提供了参考,也为此稳定平台的设计优化提供依据,提出了改善该平台结构动态性能的措施。

【Abstract】 The electro-optic radar stabilized platform could isolate naval motion,and keep the loaded radar inertia stationary.Therefore it is a key part of radar supporting.First a 3D model for stabilized platform of novel rotor electro-optic radar is built by Pro-E,which finite element model is built by Ansys after rational simplifying.Then the modal of platform is analyzed through finite element theory and Ansys software,and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first 8 modal for stabilized platform is acquired.Finally the modal with different mesh and different materials are compared,which result provides references for similar analysis as well as for optimization of stabilized platform.Furthermore,measures to be taken for improving the dynamic performance of the structure of the stabilized platform are suggested.
