【摘要】 关于目前制造企业在3C(CAD/CAPP/CAM)应用中遇到的"信息爆炸"和"信息孤岛"问题,提出了以PDM系统为平台与3C系统进行集成的解决方案。针对PDM系统与三维CAD系统的双向系统集成,介绍了基于PDM系统的应用系统集成框架和系统集成的三种模式,研究了PDM系统与三维CAD系统双向系统集成的主要功能,提出了基于XML的双向系统集成实现方案,最后以一个系统集成实例证明了提出的集成解决方案的可行性,同时也为以后企业进行PDM系统与三维CAD系统的集成提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Concerning the problems of information explosion and information silos which the manufacturing enterprises encounter in 3C(CAD/CAPP/CAM)systems application,a solution of using PDM system as the platform to integrate 3C systems is put forward.Aiming at the two-way system integration between PDM system and 3D CAD system,the system integration framework based on PDM and the three integration models are introduced,and then the main functions of the two-way system integration are researched.At last,a two-way system integration solution based on XML is proposed and is proved to be feasible through a system integration example,which provides a reference for the future system integration between PDM system and 3D CAD system.更多还原
