钢丝缠绕型陶瓷压砖机机架的有限元模态分析
Finite element modal analysis of steel wire-wound ceramic press frame
【摘要】 陶瓷压砖机是陶瓷砖生产工业的特种设备,它基于陶瓷工艺技术,综合机械、液压、气动、电子和计算机等学科为一体,陶瓷压砖机大部分载荷都施加在主体机架上,因此对压砖机主体结构进行分析研究十分必要。以钢丝缠绕型陶瓷压砖机机架为研究对象,基于HyperMesh建立机架有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对机架进行模态分析,得出了机架前10阶固有频率和相应的振型,并对各阶振型进行了详细的分析评价,对了解陶瓷压砖机的动态性能,进行结构优化设计有一定参考意义。
【Abstract】 Ceramic press is special equipment in the ceramic industry based on ceramic technology,which integrates the machinery,hydraulics,pneumatics,electronics,and computer and so on.It is necessary to carry out the analytic study on the main structure since the major load of ceramic press is imposed on the main frame.By taking steel wire-wound ceramic press frame as the investigating object,finite element model is built based on HyperMesh,then finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to carry out the finite element modal analysis for the frame,and the preceding 10 steps natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained.Meanwhile each vibration mode is evaluated in detail,which provides important reference in understanding the dynamic behavior characteristics of ceramic press and structural optimum designing.
