基于气力输送技术与摩尔-库仑理论非开挖钻孔泥屑钻头设计
Design of a New Clay Chip Drill Used in Trenchless Drilling Based on the Theory of Pneumatic Conveying and Mohr-Coulomb
【摘要】 通过对气力输送技术和摩尔-库仑理论的研究,借鉴目前国内外先进的钻尖结构,设计了一种适用于市政道路非开挖干法输送泥屑的非对称断屑槽变螺距螺旋面的新型钻头。通过实验,验证了采用非对称断屑槽变螺距螺旋面钻头对一般土层进行切削,可以得到气力输送所期望的碎泥屑,为干法气力输送泥屑奠定了技术基础。
【Abstract】 After study of Pneumatic Conveying and Mohr-Coulomb theory and those advanced structure of drills at home and abroad,a new asymmetrical clay chip drill is designed which has break chip grooves with variable-pitch.It is used for pneumatic conveying dry clay chip in the process of trenchless drilling of urban road.The experiment demonstrates that the expected clay chip can be obtained by using this drill.
