基于Pareto遗传算法的高速插秧机变速器优化设计
Optimal Design of High-speed Rice Transplanter Transmission Based on Pareto Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 以某高速插秧机变速器的优化设计为例,将Pareto最优解概念和遗传算法相结合,在遗传算法的基础上引入群体排序技术、小生境技术和Pareto解集过滤器等技术,并针对设计变量都是离散变量的特点,采用先将生成的随机数变换到约束范围后再圆整到最近离散值的方法,构造了适用于求解多目标优化问题的Pa-reto遗传算法,运用该算法获得了变速器在体积最小、中心距最小和总重合度最大目标下的Pareto最优解集。结果表明,采用Pareto遗传算法优化设计的变速器达到了综合优化设计的效果。
【Abstract】 Taking a high-speed rice transplanter transmission as the optimal design object and combing the concept of pareto optimal solution with the genetic algorithm,a pareto genetic algorithm suitable for Multi-objective optimization problem is established based on the genetic algorithm which introduces the population ranking technologie,niche technologie and pareto solution set filter technology.According to the characteristics of discrete design variables,the generated random number is transformed into constraint range firstly,and then it is rounded to the closed discrete values.Using this algorithm,the pareto optimal solution set of the main transmission is obtained with the mininum total volume of gear set,minimum center distance and maximum total contact ratio as objectives.The results show that the pareto genetic algorithm is effective to comprehensive optimization design of the main transmission.
