高效节能液控振动挖掘机关键技术的研究开发
Research and Development of the Key Technology for High Efficiency and Energy Saving of Hydraulic Controlled Vibration Excavator
【摘要】 针对耗能大户挖掘机在硬地面、矿山碎石地面、山石地震地面等复杂地面施工中的低效率、高耗能问题,研究开发以振动冲击学为理论基础、在核心技术上具有自主知识产权的液压控制伺服阀和液压伺服控制系统以及振动式铲斗等高效节能液控振动挖掘机关键技术,将传统的静态挖掘力变革为动态瞬间大的冲击挖掘力,实现高效节能的振动挖掘方式。该振动挖掘方式与不振动挖掘方式相比,将减少挖掘阻力和提高挖掘工效25%以上、节能20%左右,推动挖掘机产业向高效、节能方面发展。
【Abstract】 To solve the low efficiency and high-consuming problems of the excavator in hard ground surface,such as,mining gravel ground,rocks earthquake ground,etc.,the key technology of the high efficiency and energy saving hydraulic controlled vibration excavator was researched and developed,that includes the hydraulic controlled servo valve and its hydraulic control system and vibration type bucket,the key technology uses the vibration impact theory,changing the traditional static mining force into to the dynamic impact digging force,so it can achieve high efficiency and energy saving vibration mining mode.In comparison with the non-vaberation mining mode,the vibration mining mode will reduce mining resistance,improve mining efficiency more than 25%,save energy about 20%,and promote excavator industry to a higher efficiency and energy saving.
