高强度预应力钢棒感应加热过程的数值分析
Numerical analysis of induction heating process for high strength prestressed steel bar
【摘要】 采用非线性铁磁性材料的电磁场和温度场模型,对高强度预应力钢棒热处理生产线的感应加热过程进行了数值分析。结果表明,数值分析的结果与实际生产线测量得到的钢棒表面温度曲线十分吻合。在此基础上,详细分析了影响加热效率和温度均匀性的主要因素为加热电流频率和感应线圈载荷电流强度。
【Abstract】 Based on electromagnetic and temperature field models of nonlinear ferromagnetic materials,numerical analysis was conducted on the induction heating process of high strength steel bar.The results show that the numerical data corresponds well with the surface temperature curve recorded from real production.In a further step,the main factors affecting the heating efficiency and the temperature uniformity are deduced to be the heating frequency and the current intensity of induction coils.
