大模块非调质预硬型塑料模具钢的耐磨性能
Wear resistance of large blocks of non-quenched and tempered pre-hardened plastic mold steel
【摘要】 通过摩擦磨损试验及轮廓仪测算出磨损路程、磨损圈槽截面面积、磨损圈槽体积,最后计算出磨损率来分析不同样品在耐磨性能上的差异,并结合磨损表面形貌和摩擦因数综合分析了新型非调质预硬塑料模具钢与标准调质预硬塑料模具钢(P20钢)的耐磨擦磨损性能。结果表明,非调质钢的3个样品中,空冷的耐磨性最好,其次是炉冷1,最后是炉冷2,符合大模块钢在空冷情况下的一般规律,其耐磨性都比调质P20钢好,即大模块非调质钢中的表层、中层和心部的耐磨性都达标,符合塑料模具钢对耐磨性能的要求。
【Abstract】 The wear rates calculated by friction and wear experiments and profiler measurement of the wear distance and cross-sectional area and volume of wear ring groove to analyze the differences in wear resistance of the different samples,and the abrasion wear resistance of non-quenched and tempered pre-hardened plastic mold steel and the standard quenched and tempered pre-hardened plastic mold steel(P20)were compared by the worn surface morphology and friction coefficient.The results show that the wear resistance of the air-cooled non-quenched and tempered steel sample is the best,the next is that furnace cooled 1,and the third is that furnace cooled 2,which conform with air-cooled general laws of large blocks steel,and their wear resistance is better than that of P20 steel.It is shown that the wear resistance of non-quenched and tempered steel large blocks on surface,middle or centre parts is qualified which can meet the requirements of plastic mold steel for wear resistance.
