枯萎病菌对节瓜抗镰刀菌酸细胞系叶片中生化指标的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨节瓜抗镰刀菌酸细胞系抗枯萎病的机理,本试验测定了接种枯萎病菌后节瓜抗镰刀菌酸细胞系、抗枯萎病品系和感病品系叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)活性、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和可溶性蛋白含量。结果显示,接种枯萎病菌后,枯萎病感病品系、抗镰刀菌酸细胞系、抗枯萎病品系的节瓜叶片POD、PPO活性均极显著高于未接种病菌的对照(P<0.01),而3个材料的可溶性蛋白质含量均极显著低于未接种病菌的对照(P<0.01)。表明通过离体筛选获得的抗镰刀菌酸细胞系与传统抗病材料具有相似的枯萎病抗机理。

【Abstract】 To investigate the resistant mechanism of fusaric acid cell line of Chieh-qua to fusarium wilt,the activities of peroxidase(POD) and polyphenoloxidase(PPO),and the content of soluble protein in fusaric acid resistant cell line,resistant line and sensitive line leaves of Chieh-qua inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum were determined.After inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum,POD and PPO activities in fusaric acid resistant cell line,resistant line and sensitive line leaves of Chieh-qua were significantly higher than those in control(P<0.01),while the content of soluble protein in three materials were significantly lower than that in control(P<0.01).The results indicated that the resistant mechanism to Fusarium oxysporum in fusaric acid resistant cell line selected in vitro were similar to that in resistant lines obtained through traditional way.
