【摘要】 为加速矮生沿阶草繁殖和推广,通过5个不同的基质配方,研究了不同基质配方施用对矮生沿阶草生长的影响。综合叶片生长速率、出叶速率、分蘖数、叶绿素含量、单位时间内新根鲜质量、根系活力等测定结果认为,基质配方按泥炭∶砻糠∶黄土为2∶2∶1的比例进行配制最有利于矮生沿阶草的生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to boost the propagation and promotion for Ophiopogon japonicus,five different substrate formula treatments were applied in Ophiopogon japonicus seedling in this pot trial.The differences in growth characteristics such as leaf growth rate,leafing rate,tiller number,chlorophyll content,newborn root weight and root activity were investigated and analysed.The results showed that Ophiopogon japonicus grew better with the formula of peat,rice chaff and loess with volume ratio as 2∶2∶1.更多还原
