基于CPLD与单片机的激光脉冲控制卡设计

【摘要】 为实现激光微加工领域中单个激光脉冲在规定位置的精确输出,以CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)和单片机为核心部件,研制出一种激光脉冲控制卡.CPLD用于实现单片机与上位工控机的高速并行通信,接收外部运动系统产生的脉冲信号,并对其进行4倍频处理;单片机对CPLD预处理后的脉冲信号进行计数、分频处理,并最终输出一定频率、脉宽可调的控制信号给激光调Q驱动器,利用声光调Q技术实现单个激光脉冲规律性的输出.结果表明:本板卡集成了CPLD和单片机各自优点,减少了外部电路模块,降低制作成本,提高了系统的稳定性.通过激光脉冲控制卡对外部运动系统及单个激光脉冲输出的协调联动控制,成功实现单个激光脉冲在规定位置的精确输出,保证了激光微加工的高质量和效率.

【Abstract】 In order to realize accurate output of single laser pulse at given position in laser micro-manufacturing field,a laser pulse control card was developed based on complex programmable logic device(CPLD) and MCU.The high-speed parallel communication between MCU and IPC was realized by CPLD to receive the feedback signals from the motion system,and to complete feedback signals fourfold frequency treatment.The counting and frequency dividing of the feedback signals pretreated by CPLD were completed by MCU to output the control signal of certain frequency and pulse width to laser Q-dri-ver.The regular output of single laser pulse was realized by acoustic-optic Q-switched technology.The results show that the laser pulse control card can integrate the respective advantages of CPLD and MCU to reduce external circuit module and decrease the production cost with improved system stability.Based on the coordinated control of motion control system and output of single laser pulse by the laser pulse control card,the output of single laser pulse at given position is precisely and successfully realized to ensure high efficiency and quality of the laser micro-manufacturing.
