【摘要】 随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各种会议活动越来越多,如何保证与会人员快速准确的报到,已成为会务管理的重要课题。根据对相关具体业务的分析,结合射频识别(RFID)技术的特点,提出了应用远距离非接触IC卡进行电子报到系统建设的思路和可行性,研究了其中部分关键设备的功能设计,提出了对一些常见问题的对策和建议。经过摸索和试验,显著提高了报到数据采集的准确性和及时性,提升了会务管理工作的效率,方便了与会代表。结果表明,在会务报到中恰当运用RFID技术,能够实现与会代表快速准确的报到。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our social economy and a variety of conference more and more,to ensure that personnel register quickly and accurately has become an important issue of conference management.According to analyzing the relevant business,and the technical characteristics of Radio Frequency Identification(RFID),an electronic registration system based on long-range non-contact Integrated Circuit(IC) Card was presented.A part of key technology of design factors were discussed,the methods and recommendations aiming at some familiar problems were put forward.Through trial and testing,the accuracy and timeliness of the registration system was boosted,the efficiency of conference management was improved,and the delegates’ convenience was exalted.It is indicated that personnel registration can be realized quickly and accurately by the proper use of RFID.更多还原
