【摘要】 阐述了云南省农业信息服务与推广的发展情况,从基础设施、服务队伍、服务环境、资源利用等方面叙述了云南农业信息服务存在的问题,提出了发展云南农业信息服务体系应发挥政府的主导作用;建设适用的农业信息资源,构建云南本土化农业信息服务集成;农业信息服务与农技推广和科普宣传相结合;开展本土化、低成本、多元化信息服务,建立健全资源共享和长效服务机制;以产业化方式推进农业信息化发展,形成完备的农业信息服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current status and the problems of agricultural information service and extension in Yunnan was described from the infrastructure,service team,service environment and resource utilization,etc.Based the current status of agricultural information in Yunnan,modern agricultural information service should be developed from the following aspects: playing the leading role of the government,constructing the suitable agricultural information resources and the integration of Yunnan local agricultural information service,combining agricultural information service with the popularization of agricultural techniques and science activities,(4) developing a low-cost and local information service to establish and perfect the mechanism with resource sharing and longefficiency service,pushing forward industrial development of agricultural information to form a perfect modern agricultural information service in Yunnan.更多还原
