含公用备件系统的可靠性研究与分析
Reliability Research and Analysis of Public Redundance System
【摘要】 针对微小卫星对可靠性、重量和体积的苛刻要求,提出一种公用备件与冷备份并存的系统设计方案。利用故障树基本理论和MonteCarlo仿真的方法对该系统的可靠性进行建模、分析和计算。结果表明,该方案保留了公用备件系统节省重量与体积的优点,同时能够保证该系统的可靠性在2年内与三机冷备份处于同一数量级。
【Abstract】 A redundant design project including public redundance and cold redundance is proposed according to the rigorous requirements of micro-satellite for reliability,weight and cubage.Based on the theories of the Falut Tree(FT) and the method of Monte Carlo simulation,the reliability of the design project is modeled and calculated.Result of the calculating shows the design project keeps the advantage of the public redundance system,saves weight and cubage,also the reliability of the project is in the same level as the system with cold redundance in two years.
