硫酸铅在碳酸钠-硝酸钠熔盐中的脱硫转化
Desulfurization and phase transformation of lead sulfate in sodium carbonate-sodium nitrate molten salt
【摘要】 利用TG-DSC技术分析了PbSO4在Na2CO3-NaNO3熔盐体系中的脱硫转化过程的行为特征,通过XRD、SEM、EDS等手段研究了焙烧温度、原料配比、助剂加入量等因素对PbSO4脱硫转化过程及其产物形态的影响。结果表明:NaNO3能够对PbSO4脱硫转化过程起到显著的强化作用;提高焙烧温度、增加Na2CO3和NaNO3的用量均能促进PbSO4脱硫转化反应的进行。在物料摩尔比为PbSO4∶Na2CO3∶NaNO3=1∶1.1∶0.2,焙烧温度为600℃,保温时间为1 h的条件下,PbSO4可完全脱硫,转变为粒径约为1~3μm的β-PbO粉体,产物中未观察到其它杂相。
【Abstract】 Desulfurization and phase transformation behavior of PbSO4 in Na2CO3-NaNO3 molten salt were studied.The desulfurization process and behavior characteristics of PbSO4 were analyzed by TG-DSC.The effects of roasting temperature,raw material ratio,and additives amount on the desulfurization process and product characteristics of PbSO4 in Na2CO3-NaNO3 molten salt were investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS analyses.The results show that NaNO3 plays a significant role in promoting the desulfurization process of PbSO4.Furthermore,the desulfurization degree of PbSO4 increases with increasing the roasting temperature and the amount of Na2CO3 and NaNO3.Under the conditions of roasting temperature 600 ℃,roasting time 1 h,and PbSO4∶Na2CO3∶NaNO3 of 1∶1.1∶0.2(molar ratio),PbSO4 can be completely converted to β-PbO powder with average particle size of 1-3 μm,and no impurity phase is observed.
