【摘要】 目的分析腹膜后肾上腺外副神经节瘤的CT表现,了解其影像学特点。方法回顾性分析12例经病理证实的腹膜后肾上腺外副神经节瘤的CT表现,并复习相关文献。术前对所有患者行CT平扫,对其中10例行增强扫描。结果 12例肿瘤均为单发;3例为功能性,9例为非功能性;11例良性,1例恶性。8例肿瘤呈椭圆形或长椭圆形,4例为类圆形;7例肿瘤边界清楚,5例边界不清。平扫肿瘤呈稍低于肌肉的中等软组织密度,11例密度不均匀,瘤内见囊变、坏死或钙化;1例较小肿瘤密度均匀。增强扫描9例呈明显不均匀强化,1例强化较均匀。动态增强扫描显示肿瘤延迟强化,实性部分动脉期呈轻-中度强化,门脉期及实质期强化更加显著。结论腹膜后肾上腺外副神经节瘤的CT表现有一定特点,能为术前诊断和制定手术方案提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe CT characteristics of retroperitoneal extraadrenal paraganglioma.Methods CT findings of 12 patients with pathologically confirmed paraganglioma were retrospectively analyzed,and the relevant literature were reviewed.All patients received plain CT,while 10 received contrast-enhancement CT scan as well.Results Single tumor was found in all 12 patients,including 3 functional tumors and 9 non-functional tumors,11 benign tumors and 1 malignant tumor.The tumors were oval in 8 patients and round in 4 patients.Seven tumors had well-defined margin,and 5 had indistinct margin.On plain CT,the lesions presented as intermediate density slightly lower than the muscles.Eleven lesions were inhomogeneous in density with intratumoral cystic configuration,necrosis or calcification,and 1 smaller mass was homogeneous.On contrast-enhanced CT image,9 tumors had inhomogenous enhancement,1 tumor had homogenous enhancement.Tumors showed characteristics of delayed enhancement on dynamic contrast-enhanced scan,the solid part of the tumors enhanced mildly to moderately on the arterial phase,while enhanced more significantly on the portal venous and parenchymal phase.Conclusion There are certain characteristics of retroperitoneal extraadrenal paraganglioma on CT scanning,which are helpful to preoperative diagnosis and treatment of this disease.更多还原
