超声二维斑点追踪技术评价妊娠高血压综合征患者左心室扭转

【摘要】 目的探讨超声二维斑点追踪成像(STI)技术检测妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者左心室扭转的临床价值。方法收集34例PIH患者(PIH组)和31名正常初产妇(对照组),采集基底水平左心室短轴清晰二维图像,运用QLab软件进行脱机分析,获得两组内膜旋转峰值、外膜旋转峰值、平面旋转峰值及平面扭转峰值,并进行统计学比较。结果与对照组比较,PIH组内膜旋转峰值、外膜旋转峰值、平面扭转、平面旋转峰值均显著增高(P均<0.05)。结论超声二维STI技术可以评价PIH患者左心室旋转和扭转运动。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the left ventricular rotation and torsion in pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) women with two-dimensional ultrasound speckle-tracking imaging(STI).Methods Two-dimensional images of left ventricular at basal short-axis view were acquired in 34 patients with PIH(PIH group) and in 31 healthy pregnancy women(control group),and left ventricular rotation and torsion were evaluated using QLab software.Peak subendocardial rotation,peak subepicardial rotation,peak bulk rotation and peak mural torsion were measured and compared statistically.Results At basal left ventricular level,peak subendocardial rotation,peak subepicardial rotation,peak bulk rotation and peak mural torsion of PIH group were significantly higher than those of control group,respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion STI can exactly evaluate the characteristics of left ventricular rotation and torsion in patients with PIH.
