【摘要】 目的了解白内障合并糖尿病患者视功能和生存质量状况,探讨其白内障的手术时机。方法对2008至2010年在我院住院行白内障超声乳化手术的100例糖尿病患者,采用视功能损害患者生存质量量表,测量其手术前后的生存质量,并做统计学分析。结果无糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者,白内障超声乳化手术前后生存质量量表得分较术前显著提高;合并糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者,白内障术后其生存质量改善幅度大大降低。结论白内障超声乳化术可以显著提高糖尿病并白内障患者的生存质量,及早适时的行白内障手术对合并糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the quality of life for cataract and glycuresis patients treated by phacoemusification and the opportunity of cataract operation.Methods The quality of life were measured before and after the cataract surgery by the SQOL of visual impairment for 100 cataract and glycuresis patients in our hospital during the year of 2008 and 2010.Results Scores of the quality of life improved significantly after the surgery for the patients without diabetic retinopathy and the improvement of SQOL impaired after the surgery for the patients with diabetic retinopathy.Conclusion Phacoemulsificaion could improve the quality of the cataract and glycuresis patients life and it was important for the patients with diabetic retinopathy if the surgery made as soon as possible.更多还原
