【摘要】 根据中国健康与营养调查2009年数据,描述了调查地区居民的健康状况和卫生保健及医疗服务的可及性,并运用多元回归分析中的向后筛选策略模型分析了卫生保健对农村医疗服务的可及性产生的影响。实证结果发现,医院机构类型、交通方式、单程时间、是否可提供用药、感冒治疗费用对农村医疗卫生服务的可及性具有统计学意义。同时表明目前农村医疗卫生服务在以上五个方面的可及性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the China Health and Nutrition Survey data in 2009,a survey of residents describe the accessibility of health status and health care and medical services,and multiple regression analysis using backward selection strategy model analysis of health care for rural health service availability impact.Empirical results,hospital type of institution,mode of transportation,one-way time,it can provide medication,cold treatment costs for rural health care and sexual health services can be statistically significant.While Shows accessibility of China’s rural health services in the above five areas are strong.更多还原
